Our VAPG Process
Our process is a proven methodology with exceptional results. Each step of the process is managed by our staff in their particular field of expertise.

Interview
Your initial interview will provide most of the information needed and verify your eligibility. You can fill in information ahead of time or update it in an on-line form, by email or by calling us.

Development
Our individual teams work to develop all grant components in unison where possible. For example, one team can assist with product processing projections while another team assembles recommendation letters. This greatly improves efficiency. You can see our progress online.

Completion
VAPG grants typically exceed 100 pages. We utilize a variety of online tools to help you review, comment, and approve all parts of the application.

Submission
Once your grant application is completed it will go through a multi-step review process to make sure all required items are provided. Then your application is reviewed again to double-ensure quality and requirements are met.

Administration
Once a grant is approved, we handle all administrative tasks including expense reports and quarterly reports. Our trained administrators make sure your submissions meet compliance requirements through the entirety of your grant. We stay with you, completing all reports until your grant is done.
